Ready to visit some trampoline parks in NH? Trampoline parks have become popular in the past 10 years, and now we have several right here in the Granite State. Trampoline parks are a great way for little kids and even adults to play, exercise, and get out tons of energy.

And on a rainy day in New Hampshire, an indoor fun zone where kids can run around and get their energy out is just what you need! Every NH parent knows that!

New Hampshire has several trampoline parks for the whole family to enjoy. If you’re an avid jumper or trampoline seeker, try them all! You’re in for a bouncy time.

Altitude Trampoline Park — Merrimack, NH

Located in Merrimack, NH, Altitude Trampoline Park has over 30,000 feet of fun to enjoy. This park has tons of features to make your jumping even more fun. There is a rock wall, monkey bars, gymnastic tumble tracks, a foam pit, and a trapeze swing. 

Other activities you can partake in while on the trampolines include dodgeball courts, wipeout, gladiator-style battle beams, basketball, and a reaction wall to challenge your senses. There is also a separate kids’ court. Your little ones will think it’s a children’s museum with all the fun there is to have!

You can also host your birthday party here and celebrate. A staff member will provide you with the gear you need and water bottles for each child at your party. 

Hours: Altitude Merrimack is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM.

Cost: 60 minutes in the park costs $20 per person plus $3.50 for the required trampoline socks.

Sky Zone — Manchester, NH

Located in Manchester, New Hampshire, Sky Zone Trampoline Park has everything you need for a jumping adventure. There are many trampolines for you to jump freely, but Sky Zone also has tons of fun activities and features. 

There is an augmented reality rock wall and an arcade jump where you can be the character in a video game by jumping over and sliding under things to stay in the game. The ninja warrior obstacle course has tons of challenges for you to test your abilities.

There is also a wipeout course to see who is the last one standing against a rotating beam. Believe us when we say kids LOVE this one!

Hours: Sky Zone Manchester is open Tuesday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Cost: 60 minutes in the trampoline park costs $16 per person.

Fun City Trampoline Park — Salem, NH

Located in Salem, New Hampshire, Fun City Trampoline Park is a 36,000 square foot facility. The park has many fun features to make your jumping experience even more exciting.

The trampoline park has basketball, dodgeball, a ninja course, rock climbing, bumper ball, parkour, a trampoline court, a zip line, a battle beam, and a foam pit. The trampoline park also has a playground and an arcade, providing lots of fun for the whole family.

This particular trampoline park in NH is one of the best places if you’re looking for a ton of fun activities in the same place. And being right on the Massachusetts border is convenient to visitors from the Bay State.

Who knows, maybe even a young employee will jump around with you while keeping an eye on everyone!

Hours: The trampoline park is open Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Cost: 90 minutes of jumping costs $25 per person.

Altitude Trampoline Park — Pelham, NH

Another Altitude Trampoline Park is located in Pelham, New Hampshire, with over 12,000 square feet of fun. 

The park features include the main court for jumping, a reaction wall, wipeout, dodgeball, a foam pit, a gymnastic tube track, walk the plank, and a log roll, great for the future lumberjack in your life.

Altitude Pelham is one of the smaller trampoline parks in NH, but it’s still plenty of fun. You can even have birthday parties at the trampoline park which will surely be one to remember. 

Hours: Altitude Pelham is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There is also a separate toddler time Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, making it great for the whole family.

Cost: 60 minutes in the park costs $20.

Xtreme Craze — Londonderry, NH

Not your typical trampoline park, Xtreme Craze is an inflatable airpark in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The soft, 100% inflatable indoor park is great for bouncing, jumping, and playing with the same jumping heights as a trampoline. The park also has slides, walls for climbing, obstacle courses, balance beams, tunnels, and airbags for bouncing.

Xtreme Craze also has a game zone where you can play arcade games and redeem your tickets for prizes. Laster Tag is another option with up to 42 players in a session. The laser tag format is modeled after Fortnite and has different gaming scenarios. Your kids will love it.

Hours: Monday at XTreme Craze are typically closed for private events, Tuesday-Thursday are open 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday is open 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There are additional hours during the week for toddler, junior, and family time which can be found on the website.

Cost: 55 minutes in the park costs $19 per person. 

Fun City Trampoline Park — Goffstown, NH

This is another Fun City Trampoline Park in New Hampshire located in Goffstown and it’s even bigger at 60,000 square feet.

This trampoline park includes a foam pit, dodgeball, slam ball, bumper ball, rock climbing, and a battle beam. There is also a kiddie court with fun for little leapers while keeping them away from the bouncing big kids.

Hours: Fun City Goffstown is open Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 10:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Cost: 90 minutes of jumping is $23 per person plus $3 for the required jump socks.

Altitude Trampoline Park — Concord, NH

In Concord, right at the Steeplegate Mall, is a third Altitude Trampoline Park location.

Features include dodgeball, basketball, a foam pit, wipeout, a reaction wall, rock climbing, a large main trampoline court, a trapeze swing, gymnast tumble tracks, and a battle beam. There is also a separate kids’ court, giving them their own space and making it perfect for the whole family.

Hours: The park is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Cost: 60 minutes in the park costs $20 per person plus $3.50 for the required trampoline socks.
